Jenna Finley
Director of Residence Life 
I have worked in higher education for more than 10 years at Ball State University, The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and the University of Colorado at Boulder. I currently serve as the Director of Residence Life at Northern Colorado. I supervise the residence life staff and programmatic efforts. I have worked at Northern Colorado for five years, and am proud of what this department and institution offers students. We are able to provide a level of personal touch that is difficult for larger institutions to offer their students. I am especially proud of the things we are able to do to support student's academic success and sense of connection to campus. (top of page)
Brad Shade
Director of Housing Operations
I am proud to say that I have worked in this department, in various capacities, for more than 15 years of my 22 years in Higher Education. As an alum, I collected both my bachelors and masters degrees in Business Administration and Communications from this great institution. I am also the proud parent of two little boys who keep me running from practices, games and church activities. As a family, we enjoy camping, fishing and any sport ever played. I returned to UNC in January 2000 and currently serve as the Director for Housing Operations. Some of my responsibilities include oversight of construction & renovation projects, daily operational matters, working with Facilities Management building trades, furniture procurement, management of the custodial work force and the Housing Services Office. Sean Broghammer
Interim Associate Director
Greetings! I am Sean Broghammer, the Interim Associate Director for Residence Life within the Department of Housing & Residence Life. I have been at UNC for five years. I primarily work with our in-hall staff to provide a meaningful experience for our students. It is my role to work with others in our department and across campus to provide training for staff, staff selection, and departmental planning. Nathan Cole

Hello, my name is Nathan Cole, I am an Assistant Director for Residence Life. I am a Northern Colorado alumni for both my undergrad and graduate degrees. I bring 5+ years of professional experience in Higher Education Administration to the university. I am primarily responsible for overseeing leadership and programmatic efforts on campus, as well as, the development and implementation of a civic engagement program for our residents. Pam Erbacher
Facilties Coordinator
My name is Pam Erbacher, and I am the Facility Coordinator for Housing and Residence Life. I've been at the University for 28 years and in this department for 21, which speaks for itself. I am a native of Greeley and attended college at Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado. I have been married to Chris for 28 years, and have three great daughters; Jill, Jennifer and Jessie. I like UNC and love my family and we like to go camping, spend time in the mountains and ride 4-wheelers (it's cheaper than family counseling). My motto is HAVE A GREAT DAY, I KNOW I WILL...........!!!
James Galindo
Operations Coordinator
I currently serve as the Operations Coordinator for Housing & Residence Life. I have been at UNC for 7 years. I served in the U.S. Navy on board the USS Hunley AS-31 from 1990-1994 during Desert Storm and was Honorably Discharged. My hobbies include golf and watching golf. I will be celebrating my 19th anniversary this June with my wife Colleen. We have three daughters, Vanessa, a senior in high school, Jessica, a Sophomore in high school and Samantha in 5th grade. Marianne Price
West Campus Residence Hall South Hall Director
Born and raised in Arkansas, I moved to Colorado and came to UNC in July 2007 as a new professional. In May 2007, I happily completed my Masters Degree at the University of Central Arkansas in College Student Personnel Services and Administration. During the two years completing my Masters, I worked as a graduate Residence Coordinator for freshman living and learning communities, interned in the departments of Admissions, Career Services, Orientation, and Student Leadership Training, and had a wonderful time supervising student leaders on the UCA campus. I also have a Bachelors degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Journalism and Communications. I have a passion for changing lives, watching our students make a difference in the world, and leading our campus community through a successful college experience. Sarah Craddock

Originally from Mankato, Minnesota, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I received my Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois in 2006. I enjoy music, movies, television (I am a Grey's Anatomy addict!), the outdoors, crafts, and many other things. I am passionate about leadership, higher education, social justice, and working with people that are excited about what they are doing. Hi, I’m Erin Miedema, the Central Coalition Hall Director. Born and raised in Northern California, I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communication and Leadership Studies, in May of 2005 from Humboldt State University. In May 2007, I received my Master of Education degree, focusing on Educational Leadership & Policy, from the University of Utah. I came to UNC in June 2007 as a new professional and love working for this institution. I feel strongly that students, and their needs, are the driving force in my professional experience. I am passionate and excited about helping students reach their full potential, while challenging and supporting them to step outside the box.
