Residence Halls

Wilson Hall

Wilson Hall in the Fall SemesterWilson Hall is a four level residence hall that is home of one of our all male communities (on the third floor), while the other three floors are co-ed. It also houses both the Business Residential Learning Community and the Natural Health & Sciences Residential Learning Community.

Although this 282 student residence hall was built in 1957 with Wiebking Hall, it was renovated in 1999. Students in Wilson have two person rooms that are carpeted, air conditioned, and include a vanity and sink area.  Community bathrooms and showers are located on each floor and select rooms in Wiebking are ADA accessible.

Wilson also offers several large lounges with televisions, foosball, ping pong, and pool tables. The basement holds the laundry facilities, a community kitchen, and a music practice room. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and is available for students to get change, pick up packages, and check out equipment. The first floor lobby is a large lounge where students come to play the baby grand piano, or participate in programs put on by the hall council. Just a a short walk from the University Center, Tobey-Kendel Dining Hall, and the central campus academic buildings, many students feel that Wilson Hall is a great place to live.

People are friendly, and always nice. I love being able to ask my neighbor a question because we are all in the same classes. Learning Communities Rock!

Its amazing how fast strangers can turn into family! ...in Wilson hall.

Wilson Hall is a great place to live. The staff and residents are friendly, the pool table is awesome, and being right next to Central Campus' dining hall, eating on campus has never been easier! Plus, the kitchen downstairs offers convenient options for those who wish to cook for themselves. I highly recommend Wilson to anyone considering living here.
