Residence Halls
Sabin Hall
Sabin
Hall offers two-person rooms equipped with a sink and vanity area, with
large bathrooms and showers on each floor. This 33-student hall features
hardwood floors and air-conditioning with separate floors for males and
females. Built in 1936 with Snyder Hall, Sabin was renovated in 1999. In Fall 2009, the women's community will take up residence in Sabin Hall on the second floor.
In addition to large living room style lounges on the first and second floors, the basement has laundry facilities, a television lounge, and a community kitchen. Right next to the Snyder Green, and just a short walk to either the Tobey-Kendel Dining Hall or the University Center, Sabin is located in the heart of the Central Campus historic district.
Sabin is part of Central Coalition, a group of residence halls on Central Campus that share the front desk at Hansen-Willis Hall. Central Coalition includes Belford, Decker, Gordon, Hansen-Willis, Sabin, and Snyder Halls. Students wanting to get involved in the Central Coalition community can be part of Community Council.

“Living in Central Coalition has taken college living to a whole new level for me. Living in CC has been more than just a place to live, it is my home. The community is great, I have met so many different people with different interests and viewpoints in life. CC is a safe community where I feel I can and go as I please and not have to worry.” - Colleen Sanderlin, Central Coalition Resident
