Lawrenson Hall
Built in 1973,
Lawrenson Hall is reserved for students who are at least 20 years old or who have
earned more than 20 credit hours. Lawrenson Hall is home to 438 students in one of two high rise residence halls at UNC and is the tallest building in Greeley.
Lawrenson has 17 stories and offers a Wellness Living Community, as well as, a Quiet Lifestyle Floor.
Lawrenson hall is unique because is offers true apartment style
living in both four- and two-person apartments. Four person rooms have a living-dining area, a private bathroom, two double bedrooms, and kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and stove/oven. While the two person efficiency apartments have more of a loft feel with a private bathroom
and are equipped with a space-saver microwave, refrigerator and sink area. All rooms are air-conditioned, carpeted and furnished. Students living in Lawrenson Hall are not required to have a meal plan, though many students choose to supplement their kitchen with an Optional Bear Plan.
The laundry facilities are located in the basement andthe first floor has a television lounge where students can hang out, get involved in Hall Council activities, or play foosball. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day for students to get change, pick up packages, and check out equipment.
