Lawrenson has 17 floors and offers a Wellness Living Community. Lawrenson hall is unique because is offers true apartment style living in both four- People hanging out on the Turner Green next to Lawrenson Hall and two-person apartments. Four person rooms have a living-dining area, a private bathroom, two double bedrooms, and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and stove/oven.  While the two person efficiency apartments have more of a loft feel with a private bathroom and are equipped with a space-saver microwave, refrigerator and sink area.

All rooms are air-conditioned, carpeted and furnished. Upper classmen living in this hall are not required to carry a meal plan. However, many students choose to supplement cooking their own meals in their kitchen with an Optional Bear Plan.
