Harrison Hall
Harrison Hall is home to 542 students housed in ten co-ed communities. Harrison also offers three separate living and learning communities, including a Wellness Living Community, a Quite Lifestlye Floor, and the Pathways Residential Learning Community. Harrison is also home to the Disability Support Services Office, which provides accommodations and advocacy for UNC students with documented disabilities, the Student Athlete Academic Success Center, and The Den, a group or individual study space that offers wireless internet. Lounges are also located on each floor that are great for studying or hanging out with friends.
Each two person room in Harrison is setup in a suite-arrangement,
with two rooms 
connected by a full bathroom. In addition, select rooms in Harrison are designed especially for ADA
accessibility. In the center of the building is a television lounge where students can hang out or get involved in a variety of Hall Council activities, there is also a ping pong table in the entrance. Laundry facilities are located in the basement.
The front desk of Harrison Hall is staffed 24 hours a day and available for students to get change, pick up packages, and check out equipment. Built in 1966, Harrison Hall is the residence hall that is closest to the Campus Recreation Center and Michener Library and is just a short walk from Holmes Dining Hall and the West Campus Academic buildings.

"The residence halls have been an awesome experience for me. I think that by living in the dorms, it has opened my eyes and grown me up! Rarely in life do you get the opportunity to live with so many different individuals and provided with dozens of things in which to participate. People come from all over; with numerous backgrounds, values and beliefs; because of this, I grew socially, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I firmly believe that every college student should live in the residence halls - it is an amazing time of growth and a total blast!"
