Residence Halls
Gordon Hall
Designed to house 28 students, this residence hall has both double and single person rooms on two single gender floors. Each room offers carpeting and air conditioning with community bathrooms and showers located
on each floor. Some rooms are especially designed for ADA accessibility. Built in conjunction
with Belford Hall and Decker Hall in 1921, this hall was renovated in 1999.
In addition to a large living room style lounge the first floor also has a community kitchen. The second floor has a convenient study lounge and the basement has both the laundry facilities and the television lounge. Right next to the Snyder Green and just accross the courtyard from Tobey-Kendel Dining Hall, Gordon Hall is located in the heart of the Central Campus historic district.
Gordon is part of Central Coalition, a group of residence halls on Central Campus that share the front desk at Hansen-Willis Hall. Central Coalition includes Belford, Decker, Gordon, Hansen-Willis, Sabin, and Snyder Halls. Students wanting to get involved in the Central Coalition community can be part of Community Council.

"My favorite thing about living in the residence hall is the friendships that I have been able to make with people. Students are given the chance to get to know other students in a super personal way, and it’s amazing the kind of relationships that you can form with people. Dorm life is so much fun …. it’s like one huge family."
Daniel Thompson, Sophomore Resident of Gordon Hall
