University Owned Houses
There are 6 University Owned Houses available for upper classmen students. Upper classmen students are defined as being 20+ years old or having earned 20+ semester college credit hours. Four of the houses are located near Central Campus and two are located near West Campus. Each house is fully furnished with couches, chairs, desks, and standard twin beds as well as spacious dining areas and full-size kitchens. Each kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and range. Cable TV, local telephone service, laundry, wireless high-speed internet service, 24-hour on call maintenance, and UNCPD security is available at each of the houses. The front desk at the University Apartments can assist you with repairs, stamps, cleaning supplies, games, sports equipment and much more.
West Campus Houses:
Lutz House is located at 2203 10th Avenue, just 1 block east of West Campus. Lutz houses five students in three single rooms and one double room and has two bathrooms.
Keil House is located at 2237 10th Avenue, just one block east of West Campus. Keil houses five students in three single rooms and one double room and has two bathrooms.
Central Campus Houses:
Martin House is located at 1947 8th Avenue, just one block east of Central Campus. Martin houses ten students in two single rooms and four double rooms and has three bathrooms.
Warren House is located at 1945 8th Avenue, just one block east of Central Campus. Warren houses eleven students in three single rooms and four double rooms and has three and a half bathrooms.
Trotter House is located at 1634 9th Avenue, just north east of Central Campus. This house is across the street from Carter Hall. Trotter houses eleven students in six single rooms and three double rooms and has three and a half bathrooms.
Florio House is located at 1943 8th Avenue, just one block east of Central Campus. The Florio house accommodates six students. There are two single rooms, two double rooms and three bathrooms.
