Residence Hall Director| Position Description
The Residence Hall Director is a full-time position with responsibility for the welfare and development of the students residing in the UNC residence halls. Primary functions of the Residence Hall Director include: community and leadership development; academic initiatives and retention; staff supervision, selection, training and development; facility management; administrative responsibilities; and student conduct. The RHD reports to either the Coordinator for Student Engagement or Coordinator for Academic Programs.
