University Houses
To continue the connection to the University that students develop in their first year on campus, they are encouraged to continue living with us as upperclassmen. There are several living options available specifically to those students who are 20 years or older or who have completed at least 20 credit hours, including:
University Owned Houses - Housing & Residence Life manages several single-gender and co-ed houses located within one block of either Central or West campus that house a range of 5-12 students per house. University Apartments - located just 3 blocks east of Central Campus, this complex has 98 furnished and unfurnished two-bedroom apartments
Lawrenson Hall - houses 438 students in furnished and air-conditioned units on West campus
